All reservation requests submitted through our booking system are considered pending until officially confirmed by Vien Dining. Our team will contact you via phone, message, and/or email to confirm your reservation before the table is secured.
To ensure a smooth confirmation process, guests are kindly requested to:
Provide a valid contact email address
Clearly indicate the preferred menu (À La Carte or Tasting Menu) in the reservation notes
If we are unable to reach you for confirmation before 4:00 PM on the day of dining, the reservation request may be released without further notice.
Vien Dining operates from Tuesday to Sunday with the following service hours:
Lunch: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM(Last order at 1:30 PM)
Dinner: 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM(Last order at 9:30 PM)
Last order times are observed to ensure that each dish is prepared with care and served as intended.
Menu availability varies by time of day:
Lunch: À La Carte & Set Lunch
Dinner: À La Carte & Tasting Menu(except on public holidays, festive dates, or special occasions, when menu formats may vary)
For special dates, the applicable menu will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
The Tasting Menu is curated as a complete and cohesive dining experience and is subject to the following conditions:
One set menu per guest
Mandatory for all guests seated at the same table (Tasting Menu cannot be combined with À La Carte selections within the same table.)
Advance reservation required by 4:00 PM daily
Non-Alcoholic Pairing (optional):
Must be requested by 1:30 PM on the day of dining to allow proper preparation.
A deposit of VND 500,000 per guest is required for reservations with the Tasting Menu.
The deposit must be completed before 2:00 PM on the day of dining to secure the reservation.
Reservations may be released if the deposit is not received within the stated timeframe.
Cancellation more than 72 hours in advance: 100% refund
Cancellation within 72 hours but more than 24 hours in advance: 50% refund
Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: Deposit is non-refundable
To ensure a smooth dining experience, Vien Dining will hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes from the confirmed reservation time.
Guests who anticipate arriving later than scheduled are kindly requested to inform us in advance, so we may do our best to accommodate and hold the table accordingly.Late arrivals without prior notice may result in shortened dining time or release of the table, subject to availability.
For the Tasting Menu, Vien Dining is currently unable to accommodate special dietary requirements, including but not limited to:
Vegan
Dairy-free
Gluten-free
For À La Carte dining, Vien Dining does not offer Vegan options.
In cases of seafood or shellfish allergies, suitable alternatives may be offered within our capacity, provided we are informed in advance.
Guests are kindly requested to notify us of any allergies at least 12 hours prior to dining.Requests communicated at the table without prior notice may not be accommodated.
Vien Dining recommends the experience for guests aged 12 and above, considering menu structure, pacing, and the overall dining environment.
If children under 12 will be joining your table, kindly inform us in advance of their number and ages, so appropriate arrangements can be made.
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages.Vien Dining applies the following corkage fees:
Champagne / Sparkling Wine: VND 500,000++ per 750ml bottle
White / Rosé / Red Wine: VND 500,000++ per 750ml bottle
Spirits: VND 1,000,000++ per 750ml bottle

Our team is happy to assist with wine recommendations or pairing options from our in-house selection.
For food safety and quality assurance, outside food is not permitted inside the restaurant.
Vien Dining will be pleased to store any outside food safely and return it to guests upon departure.We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
